    From time to time, Viewabill may use customer information in new ways. If our information practices materially change at some time in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.   4. What Information Do We Collect?
    The information we collect varies depending upon your activities when using the Site or Service. When You register for the Service, we ask for personally-identifying information such as your name, firm name and address, e-mail address, phone number and, if applicable, login credentials to your third-party billing software ("Third-Party Billing Software"), with which this Site may communicate when providing the Services. Provision of this information is completely voluntary, but may be required to use the Site or Service. We do not require credit card or banking information.

    Except as described in this Policy, Viewabill will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally-identifiable information to any third party. Viewabill will not share your personally-identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes.

    Viewbill may use the collected personally-identifiable information and other information Viewabill collects about your use of the Service to operate and make the Service available to You, for identification and authentication, to contact You about your use of the Service, for research purposes and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service and Site.

    Viewabill may also transmit or share your personal information with its third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other technology and services required to operate and maintain the Service.

    Viewabill may also provide non-personal, summary or group statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

  7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
    Certain information, such as transaction details, will typically be retained for 90 days before automatic deletion. However, We may retain your personally-identifiable information, such as account information, for as long as your account with the Site or Service remains active. We may retain certain de-identified information for up to 120 days for research purposes.

    When You visit the Site or use the Service, we use session "cookies" – a piece of information stored on your computer – to allow the Site or Service to uniquely identify your browser while You are logged in and to enable Viewabill to process your online transactions. Session cookies also help us confirm your identity and are required in order to use the Service. Viewabill uses persistent cookies that only Viewabill can read and use, to identify You as a Viewabill customer and make it easier for You to log in to the Service. Users who disable their web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our Site, but will not be able to access or take advantage of the Service.

  9. Confidentiality and Protection of Information
    Maintaining the confidentiality of your information is important to us and we understand that you are using the Site and Service with a reasonable expectation of privacy. Viewabill maintains reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, and to maintain a reasonable expectation of privacy. These technologies help ensure that your data is safe, secure, and only available to You and to those You provided authorized access. However, no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. In the event that there is a security breach that may lead to your information to be spread outside of the Viewabill platform, you will be notified within 24 hours of our discovery of such breach.

    If you are an account holder and you email us at the address above, we will let you know what personally-identifying information (e.g., name, address, phone number) we have about you. If you are an account holder, you can also have any inaccuracies in that information fixed by logging into your account and making changes to your profile, or by emailing us at the address above. If you email us, please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify you in our records.

    We can ask you for information to verify your identity before we disclose or correct any information. If we ask for verification, the information you provide to verify your identity will be used only for that purpose, and this information will be destroyed when the process is complete.

  11. California Privacy Rights
    Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, users who are California residents can request certain information about the sharing of their own personally-identifiable information with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the past year. The information which you have a right to receive includes the categories of personally- identifiable information disclosed by Viewabill for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and the names of the companies that received such information. You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format, and the information will not be specific to you individually.

  12. Individuals Under 13 Prohibited
    We do not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personally- identifiable information from an individual under the age of 13, we will delete that information.

  13. Business Transactions
    Viewabill may assign or transfer this privacy policy, and your user account and related information and data, to any person or entity that acquires or is merged with Viewabill.

  14. Security
    To ensure the confidentiality and privacy of customer data processed by the solution, Viewabill has implemented internal policies and controls to prevent access to sensitive time entry information by Viewabill employees without written consent. Additionally, all data is protected with industry best practices, including the use of 256-Bit SSL Encryption. Custom configurations and implementations are available to allow for granular control of the types of data to be processed.

    Mitratech complies with the US-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. Mitratech has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. Acceptable Use Policy

Mitratech (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "Viewabill") provides this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") to inform users of our policies and procedures regarding usage and interactions with the Viewabill services (collectively the "Services") whether on the Viewabill website or through any mobile application (collectively, the "Site"). "You" refers to any user of the Services that is governed by this AUP.

    This AUP may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to usage of the Services while it was in place. We will notify You by email at least thirty (30) days prior to the date such update to the policy becomes effective.
